岗位职责：

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for insuring that our products meet our customer's quality expectations while maintaining compliance to our procedures and specifications.
Full management of the Quality of several products.
1.确保产品质量满足顾客需求；2.确保产品符合内部管理流程和规定的要求；3.全面负责几个产品的质量管理。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

■Establishing manufacturing process controls,
■qualify new products (suppliers, processes, product performances, documents),
■ new product introduction and transfer to manufacturing,
■development of quality plans,
■ inspection processes,
■statistical sampling,
■daily follow up of quality results,
■root cause analysis,
■ corrective and preventive action processes.

任职要求：

Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities Required:

■Strong written and verbal skills (spoken English, written English)
■One (1) year minimum Quality experience with manufacturing or equivalent, relevant background
Knowledge of Quality tools and methods
■Good organization
■Pack office skills

salary and benefit：
■Salary: Your salary will be negotiated according to your skills/experience/knowledge accumulation related to this position, and will be increased according to your performance in the future.
■Residence: Providing dormitory
■Yearly Vacation: (5 + Working years) days from 2nd year
■Work Time: 8:30-17:00 5days/week
■Bus for meeting and sending: daily buses from Ningbo to Fenghua.
