| 岗位职责： |
POSITION SUMMARY:
■ Be responsible for managing quality with plastic injection suppliers,Continuous quality improvement, problem resolution, supplier development. Ensure suppliers will be ready to provide good product quality before production ramp up. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
■Train and develop suppliers in process improvement, best practice, and quality tools.
■Trouble shoot where problems arise, implement containment actions, establish route cause and implement corrective actions.
■Manage new product introduction timing to ensure all tooling and components are delivered on time to the desired quality level.
■Ensure quality PPM targets are achieved.
■Coordinate shipments when necessary to prevent line stoppages.
■Participate in AQP meetings representing quality, where appropriate.
■ Responsible for being a communication liaison between the supplier and manufacturing facility. |
| 任职要求： |
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
■Be familiar with quality systems and tools e.g. FMEA, 8D, CpK and SPC tools
■Be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
■A minimum of 2 years SQE experience, plus a good working knowledge of quality tools, SPC, FMEA, Problem solving.
■An experience of plastic injection and painting process is preferred for this position.
■Must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Salary and benefits：
■Salary: Your salary will be negotiated according to your skills/experience/knowledge accumulation related to this position, and will be increased according to your performance in the future.
■Residence: Providing dormitory
■Yearly Vacation: (5 + Working years) days from 2nd year
■Work Time: 8:30-17:00 5days/week
