岗位职责：

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsibility for designing the worktable frame ，the maintenance of conveyor，optimizing the process of worktable making，management of the worktable room。

Duties And Responsibilities:

■To design the frame of worktable: designing the rational frame according to the requirement of line, optimize the frame to improve efficiency.
■To finish maintenance of conveyor: to find the reason of the wrong and resolve the problem in time, and make the maintenance stated.
■To improve the line: to improve the frame of worktable according the different product, to improve the working efficiency.
■To control the process: to optimize the process of making, to finish the work in a high efficiency.
■To manage the worker and the routine: make the work plan, supervise the work’s progress, and make a good environment to via the 5s job

任职要求：

Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities Required:

■education background: junior college
■specialty: machinery and the collective specialty
■one year work experience
■Be good at Auto CAD
■Be familiar with word and exel
■High responsibility and hardworking, good communication skill, obey the arrangement.

Salary and benefits:

■Salary: Your salary will be negotiated according to your skills/experience/knowledge related to this position, and increased according to performances
■Residence: Providing dormitory
■Yearly Vacation: (5 + Working years) days from 2nd year
■Work Time: 8:30-17:00 5days/ week
